have a sense of them being in front of you<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">You can feel them, sense them, see them<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">And as you imagine them<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Notice how you\u2019re feeling inside<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Maybe you feel some warmth<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Or there\u2019s some heat to your face<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">A smile, sense of expansiveness<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">This is a loving kindness<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">This is a natural feeling that\u2019s accessible to all of us at any moment<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">So now having this loved one in front of you<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Begin to wish them well<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">May you be safe and protected<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">May you be happy and peaceful<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">May you be healthy and strong<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">May you have ease and wellbeing<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">And as I say these words, you can use my words or your own words<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">And have a sense of letting this loving kindness come from you<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">And begin to touch this loved one<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Reaching out<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">You might think in images<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">You might have a sense of colour or light<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">You might just have a feeling<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">The words may continue to bring on more of this feeling<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">And so as you\u2019re sending out these words and these feelings of loving kindness<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Also check into yourself and see how you\u2019re feeling inside, and allow these feelings to grow in the center of your heart and feel warmth in your heart<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">And now imagine that this loved one turns around<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">And begins to send it back to you<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">So see if you can receive the loving kindness<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Take it in<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">And they\u2019re wishing you well, may you be happy<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Meaning you<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">May you be peaceful and at ease<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">May you be safe and protected<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">May you have joy, well being<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Letting yourself take it in<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Now if it\u2019s possible , see if you can send loving kindness to yourself<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">You can imagine it coming down your body from your heart<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">And now let this loving kindness expand out<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Spreading<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Touching anyone that you want to touch right now<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">In all directions<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">People you know, people you don\u2019t know<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">People you have difficulty with<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">People you love<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Just imagine expanding and touching<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">And each person or animal<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Whoever is touched by this loving kindness<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Each person is changed<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">You can imagine that<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">So may everyone everywhere be happy and peaceful and at ease<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">May we all experience great joy<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">And express gratitude for having this beautiful experience<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To begin this practice Let yourself be in a relaxed and comfortable position and just bring your awareness on your breath and just observe your natural way of breathing.
