Is it shallow, is it deep? Is it warm? Is it cold?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Feeling your breath, bring attention to your breath<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">In the area of either the abdomen, chest, or nostrils<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Feeling the gentle rising and falling of your abdomen or chest<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Or the coolness and in and out sensations at your nostrils, the rhythm of in and out<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">In through the nose, out through the nose or the mouth as you feel comfortable<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">So the breath is our anchor, it\u2019s where we establish our awareness<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">It helps us have something to always return to, this simple act of breathing<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">If you notice yourself lost in thoughts you can say \u201cthinking\u201d or \u201cwandering\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Just return back to your breathing<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Finding your breath, and allowing yourself to relax<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">And as you continue on in this meditation, slow down your breath<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Make the inhale a little longer and make the exhale a little longer<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Make that inhale a bit deeper and extend that exhale a little longer<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">And appreciate this precious gift conscious breathing<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Staying with your breath, one breath at a time<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Let yourself relax<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">And you can wish yourself well<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">May I be happy and at ease, may I be peaceful<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">And express gratitude for having this beautiful experience connecting with your breath<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>So you can find your meditation posture Sitting in a way that\u2019s neither too tight nor too relaxed But comfortable and upright and if you like close gently your eyes Then you can focus on your breathing, just bring your awareness on your breath How is your breath today?
