Meditations

Explore our unique meditations combining breathwork, sound, vocal toning and visualization. Meditations help you  de-stress and relax, boost  your immune system to face any health challenges, improve sleep, memory and concentration, and help the mind focus on the really important things.

Hiking / forest bathing

Silent and guided walkings in the beautiful countryside of Lefkada, combined with mindfullness practice,  will help connect to the nature, reduce anxiety, lower blood pressure and make you feel totally rejuvenated.

Soundbath

Soundbaths are a unique acoustic experience, a trip of self discovery and relaxation. During the sound meditation you bath into the healing sound waves of different musical instruments like Tibetan singing bowls, Crystal singing bowls, Gongs and many more. The Body is relaxing while the mind is entering into a deep meditative state.
